I make playable "vinyl" records that are handmade, or ‘cut’ in real time using a vintage mono record lathe on the edge of the San Juan Mountains in Durango, Colorado.

These are unique physical artifacts of music! Treat it as a playable piece of art rather than simply a delivery method for audio. Think of that one tiny groove making all of the things you hear in a song, free from the nebulous digital/internet/corporate music stratosphere. You can contact me with any questions, to come see for yourself how the record lathe works, or if you’re interested in working on a project with me.

I'm a musician too and play often in Durango and beyond. My main goal is to provide a service for local musicians in the region to cut their music to record and have a cool piece of merch to offer at shows, and at a smaller scale and far more affordable price than commercially pressed records.
